MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT POLICIES

CU Women’s Boxing
MONTHLY AUTO PAYMENT AGREEMENT

CU Women’s Boxing Membership is a MONTHLY membership, paid on the 1st of the month.  You are paying for a certain amount of sessions each month (30/31 days).  Sessions DO NOT roll over into the next month if you do not use them.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you do not freeze or cancel your auto payments, or notify us 5 days in advance of any changes, you cannot choose to use that month’s sessions at a different time, and we will not refund your payment.

If you wish to change or cancel your membership, you are always welcome to do so, but must give written notice (please email CUWBmembership@gmail.com) AT LEAST 5 DAYS before your next scheduled payment.

If you wish to freeze your account, you must give written notice AT LEAST 5 DAYS before your next scheduled payment.  You can freeze for 1 month or more, but not for less than 4 weeks.

When you sign up for membership, you will be automatically invoiced after your first class via Square for your first month. The first month is prorated depending on when you start class.

Your auto payments will then be set up for the 1st of each month, and Square will send you a notification of this.  You MUST have a card on file to be a member.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the card you have on file expires, or you get a new card and need to update your card information, please fill out a new card authorization form and give it to the coach, or email cuwbmembership@gmail.com, at least 5 days before your payment is due.

If you decide to cancel your membership, you must give us written notice(e-mail is fine – cuwbmembership@gmail.com) at least 5 days before your next scheduled payment.  If you simply “decline” your payment, this will not actually end your membership or your auto payments. You may be charged in the future, and will owe any overdue months before coming back to classes.  Please give us written notice so we can cancel your future payments.
